Hey! I’m Tarja Rolston, founder of Another Mother and director and co founder of global brand development agency, Rich London.
I have worked with the very best modelling agencies, brands and clients spanning over 2 decades, I l take a naturally caring and supportive approach to being an agent, I am a mum to two teenage boys, an experienced youth worker and a passionate mental health advocate.
At Another Mother we take a unique approach to talent management which was born directly from a recognised need within the industry to really educate, nurture and guide a new generation of creatives, talent and people of influence ensuring they have the right support every step of the way.

We believe in arming our talent with all the tools necessary before stepping out in front of clients. Practice makes perfect and here you are able to learn your craft pressure free and make use of all our available resources, giving you a genuine edge in getting signed and booking work.
Here we also do our model test shoots which are often so good they are featured on prestigious online publications giving you a head start with incredible content for your portfolio.
